Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Global Privacy Control
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out signals. If we receive a GPC signal from your browser when you visit our services, we will treat it as an opt-out request from the sale or sharing of your personal information and a rejection of any non-necessary cookies.
Covered Person Removal Request - Daniel Anderl Judicial Security and Privacy Act
Under the Daniel Anderl Judicial Security and Privacy Act and any relevant federal and state laws, if you are a Covered Person — including, inter alia, current, former, or retired judges, prosecutors, law enforcement members, and their immediate family members living in the same household — and wish to have your details removed from our site, please contact us at privacy@courtrecords.us.
Please include your complete name, residence, and email address, as well as your status as a Covered Person. Ensure your email's subject line reads: "Attention Covered Person Removal Request." Your information will be used solely to process your privacy request efficiently.
Expungement Records
Please be aware that records that have been expunged, sealed, or otherwise restricted by a court order may still appear in our database as we aggregate information from publicly available sources. If you have questions regarding an expunged record appearing on our website, please submit your inquiry to privacy@courtrecords.us with the subject line: "Attention Expungement Records." We will review your inquiry and respond in accordance with applicable law.
Exercising Your Data Subject Rights
These rights may apply in the following states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia. Depending on where you live and subject to certain exceptions, you may have some or all of the following rights. Please note that exercising any of these rights will not result in any discriminatory treatment.
- Right to Know or Access. You have the right to ask whether your personal information is being processed and to request access to that information.
- Right to Correct. If any personal information we held about you is incorrect, you have the right to ask for it to be corrected or updated.
- Right to Delete. You may request the deletion of your personal information.
- Right to Data Portability. You have the right to receive your personal information in a portable, readily usable format that allows you to transfer it to another entity.
- Right to Know and/or Opt Out of Sale or Sharing. If your personal information is being sold to or shared with third parties, you have the right to know and to opt out such activities.

- Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information. You may request that we limit the use or disclosure of your sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide our services or as required by law.
- Disclosure of Third Parties. You may request a list of third parties that have received your personal information, along with the categories of information shared.
- Disclosure of Direct Marketers. You have the right to request the names and contact details of any third parties who have received your personal information for direct marketing purposes.
- Opt Out of Profiling. If your personal information is being used for profiling that could have legal or similarly significant effects on you, you have the right to opt out.
- Non-Discrimination. You have the right to use our services without being treated unfairly for exercising your privacy rights. We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a lower quality of service because you submitted a request.
- Appeals Request. If a request you previously submitted was denied, you have the right to appeal that decision. Appeals may be submitted to privacy@courtrecords.us.
To process your request, we may need to ask you additional questions to confirm the information associated with you. We will respond to your request within 45 days, or notify you if additional time is required.
